What will you be doing? You'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, bringing energy and fun to every shift. Leading a passionate team, you'll make sure every customer gets the perfect fit and style advice, while keeping the store running smoothly and buzzing with positive energy. You will: Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 staff alongside a passionate Store Manager Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service with a focus on fit and fashion Support day-to-day store operations and take charge when the Store Manager is away Share your love of product and wellness, staying ahead of seasonal trends Coach and develop the team with structured training and mentoring Connect with head office through manager calls and reporting Who are you? You're high-energy & a people person who thrives on connection and momentum. Retail experience is a bonus, but not a must!
